高塔硝基复合肥结块原因分析及应对措施

摘　　要：结合甘肃靖煤刘化(集团)有限公司白银新天化工分公司高塔硝基复合肥生产实际情况,从原料、包装温度、存储方面分析硝基复合肥结块的主要影响因素,并提出解决高塔硝基复合肥结块的主要措施,改进后解决了大部分的结块问题。Based on the actual production situation of nitro compound fertilizer with high tower of Baiyin Xintian Chemical Branch,Gansu Jingmei Liuhua(Group)Co.,Ltd,the main factors of nitro compound fertilizer caking are analyzed from raw materials,packing temperature and storage conditions,and the main measures to solve the caking of nitro compound fertilizer with high tower are put forward.After improvement,most of the caking problems are solved.
