摘  要:湿法磷酸生产在系统检维修后、恢复生产前,需进行萃取槽复槽工作,复槽期间指标控制稳定与否,将决定萃取装置能否转入正常生产。针对传统的稀磷酸复槽方式存在耗时长、磷石膏结晶差、复槽结束后萃取槽稀磷酸浓度较低等问题,云南三环中化化肥有限公司磷酸厂开发了料浆法复槽新工艺。介绍料浆法复槽新工艺的工艺流程、工艺指标。结果表明,料浆法复槽新工艺较传统法缩短复槽时间约17 h,磷石膏结晶明显改善,稀磷酸浓度满足满负荷开车的要求。After the system maintenance and before the production of WPA resuming,the extraction tank needs to be reconstituted.Whether the index control is stable or not during the reconstituting period will ultimately determine whether the extraction unit can operate normally.In view of the problems of long time consuming,poor crystallization of phosphogypsum and low concentration of dilute acid in extraction tank after reconstituting,a new slurry process for reconstituting extraction tank has been developed in phosphoric acid plant of Yunnan Three Circle-Sinochem Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.,The process and process index of the new slurry process for reconstituting extraction tank are introduced.The results show that the new process reduces the time of reconstituting by about 17 h compared with traditional process,the crystallization of phosphogypsum is improved obviously,and the concentration of dilute phosphoric acid meets the conditions of full load start-up.
