摘 要:高温还原分解反应体系的构建和优化是提高磷石膏分解效率的关键。总结磷石膏高温还原体系的类型和特点,从热力学和动力学理论研究分析磷石膏还原分解的反应原理和规律;归纳磷石膏高温分解体系优化研究进展,体系优化包括利用促进剂、反应气氛及工艺优化;展望磷石膏高温还原分解研究方向和发展趋势。The construction and optimization of high-temperature reduction and decomposition reaction system is key technology to improve the efficient decomposition of PG during the process.The types and characteristics of high-temperature reduction system of PG are reviewed.Aimed at the decomposition characteristics of PG by reducing agent,the principles and rules of reduction and decomposition reaction are also analyzed based on the thermodynamic and kinetic theory.The optimization of high-temperature decomposition system is summarized as well,including accelerator,reaction atmosphere and other operating parameters;The research direction and development trend of high-temperature reduction and decomposition of PG are discussed.
