摘 要:针对某废线路板混合料中高硅、铁、铝的特性,通过高温马弗炉熔炼实验,研究了碱度和FeO对CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-FeO型熔渣熔点、黏度及电导率的影响规律。结果表明:随着碱度从0.4增加到1.8,熔渣熔点先降低后升高,1300℃时黏度先增大后减小,电导率呈上升趋势;随着FeO含量从15%增加到30%,熔渣熔点先减小后增大,黏度下降,电导率呈上升趋势。适合本体系熔渣的碱度为0.8~1.4,FeO含量16%~22%;此时,炉渣熔点<1220℃(半球温度),黏度<2 Pa·s(1300℃),铜收得率超过98.0%。The effect of basicity and FeO on the melting point,viscosity and conductivity of CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-FeO slag was studied by high-temperature muffle furnace melting experiment for the characteristics of high silicon,iron and aluminum in a waste circuit board mixture.The results showed that the melting point of slag decreased and then increased,the viscosity increased and then decreased(1300℃),and the electrical conductivity increased with the basicity increased from 0.4 to 1.8.And the melting point of slag decreased and then increased,the viscosity decreased and the electrical conductivity increased with the FeO content increased from 15%to 30%.The suitable basicity and FeO content of this system slag was 0.8-1.4 and 16%-22%,respectively.Under the condition,the melting point of slag was<1220℃(hemispherical temperature),the viscosity of slag was<2 Pa·s(1300℃),and the copper yield was over 98.0%.
