摘　　要：目的探讨老年肾功能不全患者并发心律失常的危险因素。方法选2016年1月至2020年5月入住本院治疗的200例老年肾功能不全患者,年龄>60岁,分观察组与对照组,每组各100例。观察组为肾功能不全并发心律失常患者,对照组为无合并心律失常患者。收集患者的一般资料、生化指标、超声心动图和心电图资料,比较两组患者的潜在危险因素,包括器质性心脏病、高血压、高血糖、慢性肾脏病、贫血、感染、高血钾、脑卒中、慢性阻塞性肺病,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果老年肾功能不全患者并发心律失常中,以室上性心律失常为主,其中窦性心动过速最多(54%),其次为心房颤动(23%),心动过缓少见(12%)。结论器质性心脏病、高血压、高血糖、慢性肾脏病、贫血、感染、高血钾、脑卒中、慢性阻塞性肺病均是老年肾功能不全患者并发心律失常的危险因素。Objective To explore the risk factors and management of chronic diseases in elderly patients with renal insufficiency complicated with arrhythmia.Method 200 patients with renal insufficiency were 60 years old were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2020,including 100 patients with renal insufficiency complicated with arrhythmia as observation group and 100 patients without arrhythmia as control group,general data,biochemical indicators,echocardiography and electrocardiogram data were collected to compare the potential risk factors of patients in the two groups,including anemia,hyperglycemia,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,abnormal blood potassium,infection and heart failure(P<0.05).he clinical situation and electrocardiogram of 200 cases of renal insufficiency were analyzed to compare the potential risk factors of the two groups,including organic heart disease,hypertension,hyperglycemia,chronic kidney disease,anemia,infection,hyperkalemia,stroke,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results In older patients with renal insufficiency,upper ventricular arrhythmia was dominant,with the most sinus tachycardia(54%),followed by atrial fibrillation(23%),and bradycardia was rare(12%).Conclusion Organic heart disease,hypertension,hyperglycemia,chronic kidney disease,anemia,infection,hyperkalemia,stroke,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are all risk factors for arrhythmia in elderly patients with renal insufficiency.
