摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预改善肌少症患者生活质量及预后的作用。方法将2016年至2018年本院老年科住院的入组肌少症患者随机分成干预组和对照组。干预组进行综合护理干预(健康教育、个体化营养支持、康复锻炼、环境和生活方式),对照组仅进行肌少症宣教。随访1年,观察患者生活质量及预后改善情况。结果患者干预前后的ASMI、步速、握力、ADL得分比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论肌少症患者经过综合护理干预能够明显改善生活质量,能够改善预后。Objective To determine the possible positive correlation between the intervention of comprehensive nursing and the quality of life and prognosis of elderly patients with sarcopenia.Methods In the geriatric ward of our hospital,the patients with sarcopenia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The comprehensive nursing intervention including health education,individualized nutritional support,rehabilitation exercise,environment and lifestyle will be given to the intervention group,while only education of sarcopenia will be received by the control group,in which the patients had follow-up visits in six months,in order to observe the improvement of the quality of life and prognosis.Results The changes of ASMI,walking speed,grip,ADL show a significant difference between the interventiongroupand the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of comprehensive nursing can lead to a significant improvement in the quality of life and prognosis ingeriatric patients with sarcopenia.
