摘　　要：目的探讨主动循环呼吸技术提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者痰标本质量的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的250例慢性阻塞性肺病患者,按时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规法留取痰标本,观察组采用主动循环呼吸技术留取痰标本。比较两组患者痰标本合格率、痰培养阳性率和临床治疗符合率。结果观察组在痰标本合格率、痰培养阳性率和临床治疗符合率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论主动循环呼吸技术对提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者痰标本质量的效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of active cycle of breathing techniques on improving sputum specimen quality in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 250 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2018 to December 2019 in the Respiratory and critical care medicine department were divided into control group and observation group in chronological order。The sputum specimens were collected by routine method in the control group,and those in the observation group were collected by active cycle of breathing techniques.The qualified rate,positive rate and clinical treatment rate of sputum specimens were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of sputum specimens,positive rate of sputum culture and clinical treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Active cycle of breathing techniques can significantly increase the quality of sputum specimen in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
