浅谈钢结构住宅及设计中的要点

摘　　要：随着我国钢铁产量的不断上升,钢结构住宅逐渐发展起来。钢结构住宅具有造价低、外形美观、施工便捷等应用优势,具有良好的发展前景。本文分析了钢结构住宅的主要优势,总结了当前钢结构住宅设计存在的要点问题,提出了相应的解决策略。With the continuous increase of China's steel production,steel structure has gradually developed in residential buildings.Steel structure residential buildings has strong application advantages,including low cost,beautiful appearance,convenient construction and so on,which has a good development prospect.This paper analyzes the main advantages of steel structure residential buildings,summarizes the existing problems of steel structure residence,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
