摘　　要：住房租赁既是房地产市场的重要组成部分,更担任着保障民生的重要角色。我国住房租赁行业发展二十余年,经验表明,政策支持给行业提供了突破和持续发展的依据。ICCRA住房租赁产业研究院围绕我国住房租赁市场发展各阶段的金融、财税政策进行了梳理和研究,总结经验,观照现实,以期为推动我国住房租赁行业的长足发展提供参考。The rental housing market is an important part of the real estate industry and plays an important role in protecting people's livelihood.In the past 20 years,the experience shows that the policy support provides the basis for breakthrough and sustainable development of the industry.ICCRA rental housing industry research institute has studied the financial and fiscal policies of various stages of the development of China's housing rental market,summarized experience,in order to provide reference for promoting the rapid development of China's housing leasing industry.
