聚糖标志物在辅助预测房颤消融术后复发中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨聚糖用于辅助预测心房颤动(简称房颤)术后复发的潜在价值。方法:收集2016年9月—2020年3月在南通大学附属医院心血管内科住院的阵发性房颤患者未治疗的血液样本及一般临床数据,将收集到的血清进行超高效液相色谱分析,对得出的色谱图结果进行统计分析。结果:对161例患者血清中的24种聚糖进行分析,将结果通过多因素Logistic回归分析后发现GP3a、GP6、GP14和GP15与房颤术后复发显著相关,将GP3a、GP6、GP14和G15纳入受试者工作特征曲线分析,得出曲线下面积分别为0.579、0.648、0.916和0.640。结论:聚糖结构的改变与房颤术后复发有关,并且GP14可能作为预测房颤复发的潜在生物标志物。Objective:To explore the potential value of glycan in predicting postoperative recurrence of atrial fibrillation.Methods:Clinical data and blood samples of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,hospitalized in Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from September 2016 to March 2020,were collected.The collected serum is analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography,and statistical analysis the obtained results.Results:The 24 glycans in the serum of 161 patients has been analyzed,and the results were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.It was found that GP3a,GP6,GP14,and GP15 were significantly associated with postoperative recurrence.In the receiver operating characteristic curve analysis,the area under the curve of GP3a,GP6,GP14,and GP15 were 0.579,0.648,0.916 and 0.640,respectively.Conclusion:The change of glycan structure is related to the postoperative recurrence,and GP14 may be a clinically meaningful predictor for preoperative evaluation of patients with atrial fibrillation.
