摘　　要：随着信息化能力的水平,为满足业务需求,实现各类管理业务的应用系统应用而生,而这些系统中都离不开人力资源数据的基本应用。文章针对独立存在于各应用系统的人力资源数据进行研究分析,结合单位实际情况,进行人力资源主数据规范制定,并搭建基于主数据管理平台的应用框架,指导后续人力资源数据统一管理平台建设,保证数据的一致性、可控性。With the improvement of the informatization level,the application systems of various functions are developed to meet the business needs.And these systems all manage human resource data.With this article,in order to draw up the norm of human master data,we combined our physical truth to study and analyze the human resource data in systems.And built an application framework based on master data management platform,aiming at guiding the building of unified management platform of human resource data,to ensure consistency and controllability.
