摘  要:现有斑马线设计存在警示滞后、作用力低、时效性差、持续性低等问题。为了让行人过街时尽早注意到红绿灯,在走上斑马线前做出行为决策,从而降低行人过街时使用手机的频率,达到使行人安全过街并提高机动车在交叉口通行效率目的,应对斑马线设计进行改进。新型LED电子斑马线的主要技术原理是:将LED灯具安装于首尾两条斑马线边缘及其余每条斑马线长度方向的两端,LED灯显示的颜色与红绿灯颜色保持一致,当红绿灯变成绿灯时,LED灯也是显示为绿色,提示行人可以通过斑马线过马路,当红绿灯变成红色时,LED灯转变为红色,警示行人不可以通过斑马线。通过Vissim仿真模拟进行论证,其在保障行人安全的同时也能提高机动车的通行效率。The existing zebra crossing design has some problems,such as warning lag,low force,poor timeliness and low persistence.A new type of LED electronic zebra crossing is designed and demonstrated in order to draw pedestrians’at⁃tention of the traffic lights as soon as possible when crossing the street and make behavioral decisions before walking on the zebra crossing,consequently reducing the frequency of using mobile phones when pedestrians cross the street,enabling pe⁃destrians to cross the street safely and improving the efficiency of motor vehicles at the intersection.The main technical prin⁃ciple of the new electronic zebra crossing is installing LED lights on the edge of the first and the last zebra crossings,and the two ends of length direction of each remaining zebra crossings,bringing the lights into correspondence with traffic sig⁃nals.That is,when the traffic signal turns green,the LED light will also show green,indicating that pedestrians can cross the road through the zebra crossing.When the traffic signal turns red,the LED light will change to red,warning pedestrians not to cross the zebra crossing.The design is demonstrated through Vissim simulation that it ensures pedestrian safety and improves the traffic efficiency of motor vehicles as well.
