摘 要:侦查学科创立后,以侦查学基本原理、侦查策略为基础的理论架构经过长期的完善与发展,已经基本完整。但是课程设置和人才培养过程中又出现侦查文化、侦查思维、侦查博弈、侦查模式等理论相互交织,相关专业课程知识结构重叠的问题。在不断延伸的侦查学理论中,新的侦查概念频生,侦查研究内容相互重叠交叉的现象更加明显。这给侦查学科建设和侦查专业人才培养带来困惑。因此必须通过学科(课程)理论框架的立体构建,在不同方向上对人才培养路径予以明确,构建一体化培养模式,才能提升侦查专业人才培养水平。The theoretical framework of investigation subject based on principles and investigation strategy has been fundamentally complete since its establishment after long-term perfection and development.However,,the theories of in⁃vestigation culture,investigation thinking,investigation game,investigation mode and so on are interwoven in course set⁃ting and personnel training.The knowledge structure of related professional courses overlaps.In the ever-extending investi⁃gation theory,new concepts come into being frequently,and the research contents cross each other,which brings about per⁃plexity to the construction of investigation subject and the cultivation of investigation professionals.Therefore,it is neces⁃sary to construct a three-dimensional theoretical framework,make clear the path of talent training in different directions,and construct an integrated training mode,so as to improve the training level of investigation professionals.
