摘 要:隔壁精馏塔技术是一种优良的精馏节能与过程强化技术。与常规精馏技术相比,具有较高的热力学效率,能耗低,减少了设备投资和数量。针对醋酸乙烯酯精制工艺,在对常规双塔精馏分离流程分析基础上,设计了醋酸乙烯酯隔壁精馏塔工艺方案,并采用Aspenplus进行模拟计算和优化,分析了隔壁塔塔内的气相分配比、回流比、液相分配比、温度分布、气相组成分布、液相组成分布对产品质量的影响,确定了隔壁塔的回流比、进料板位置和侧线出料板的位置。研究结果表明,在处理量和产品质量不变的条件下,与传统的双塔分离工艺相比,热能耗由41200 kW降为22400 kW,冷能耗由28300 kW降为18200 kW,热耦合效果显著,设备的投资和数量减少。Distillation technology by dividing wall column was an excellent energy saving and process intensification technology.Compared with conventional distillation technology,it had lower equipment investment and quantity,higher thermodynamic efficiency,and lower energy consumption.Based on the analysis of the conventional two column distillation separation process,the separation process scheme of vinyl acetate partition tower was designed,calculated,and optimized by Aspenplus.The influence of gas phase distribution ratio,reflux ratio,liquid phase distribution ratio,temperature distribution,gas phase composition distribution and liquid phase composition distribution on the product quality was analyzed.The reflux ratio,the position of the feed plate and the position of the side discharge plate were determined.The results showed that:compared with the traditional double tower separation process,the treatment capacity and product quality remain unchanged,but the heat energy consumption was reduced from 41200 to 22400 kW,the cold energy consumption was reduced from 28300 to 18200 kW,the thermal coupling effect is remarkable,and the investment and number of equipment are reduced.
