已有建筑场地新增机械汽车库消防设计方案分析

摘　　要：郑州某已有建筑场地为解决停车难问题,拟新增一个机械汽车库。本文对已有建筑场地进行介绍,在保证已有建筑正常使用的前提下,考虑消防问题,遵循车位最大化原则,制订两个机械汽车库的平面方案。同时,对比分析两个平面方案的功能、使用性、配套设施、经济性等,初步确定平面方案2优于平面方案1。最后,通过对两个平面方案进行消防设计以及对已有建筑消防改造方案分析,总结完善了两个方案的消防设计内容,并对比分析后确定平面方案2优于平面方案1。In order to solve the parking problem of an existing construction site in Zhengzhou,a new mechanical ga⁃rage is proposed.This paper introduced the existing construction site.On the premise of ensuring the normal use of the existing buildings,considering the fire protection problem,following the principle of parking space maximization,the plane scheme of two mechanical garage was formulated.At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the func⁃tion,usability,supporting facilities and economy of the two plans,it was preliminarily determined that plan 2 was bet⁃ter than plan 1.Finally,through the fire protection design of the two plans and the analysis of the existing building fire protection transformation plan,the fire protection design contents of the two plans were summarized and im⁃proved,and the comparison and analysis show that plan 2 was better than plan 1.
