健康视角下山地小城镇滨江街道空间优化探究

摘　　要：新时代健康中国建设对小城镇规划提出了新要求,而山地小城镇依山傍水的地理格局为居民提供了天然的活动空间。从健康视角审视山地小城镇滨江街道空间的优化,对提升全民身体素质,建设健康中国具有重要意义。通过梳理国内外健康街道设计导则,结合山地小城镇.滨江街道空间的特点,从健康环境、健康服务、健康活力3个维度,提出山地小城镇滨江街道空间优化的8项要点:交通连续性、景观生态性、空间适应性、慢行安全性、设施包容性、智慧便捷性、主题多样性、业态多元化。通过.对伦敦、潼南、合川的案例分析,探讨小城镇滨江街道空间更新路径,提出“以‘慢’构街、以‘品’优街、以‘全’营街、以‘繁’兴街、以‘制’维街”的优化策略,构建健康街道,倡导全民运动。The construction of a healthy China puts forward new requirements for the planning of small towns,and geographical pattern of small mountain towns provides natural space for residents.It is of great significance to improve the physical fitness of the whole people and build a healthy China from the perspective of health to examine the optimization of the street space in small mountain towns.Combing the design guidelines of healthy streets and the characteristics of riverside street space in mountainous areas at home and abroad,we summarized three dimensions and eight key points for optimizing the street space of riverside in small mountain towns.The three dimensions are healthy environment,healthy services,and healthy vitality.Eight points contains traffic continuity,landscape ecology,spatial adaptability,Slow travel safety,facility tolerance,smart convenience,subject diversity,and business diversification.Exploring the renewal path of riverside streets in small towns through analysis of London,Tongnan and Hechuan,finally,recommend optimizing the street in five aspects:slowness,quality,comprehensive,abundance,and system guarantee.
