摘　　要：针对交钥匙工程制造系统组件缺乏统一数据架构和模型的问题,提出交钥匙工程制造系统功能单元的概念,根据不同功能对交钥匙工程制造系统组件进行划分。在交钥匙工程制造系统功能单元中,应用自动化标记语言,基于工业4.0参考架构模型(RAMI4.0)构建了资产管理壳模型,并以DMU65加工中心资产管理壳模型及其现实映射为案例进行了介绍。基于工业4.0参考架构模型的交钥匙工程制造系统功能单元资产管理壳模型提供了一种有效的交钥匙工程制造系统组件标准化集成解决方案,有助于交钥匙工程的快速实施。Aiming at the problem of the lack of a unified data architecture and model for turnkey project manufacturing system module,the concept of functional unit of turnkey project manufacturing system was proposed,and the turnkey project manufacturing system module was divided according to different functions.In the functional unit of the turnkey project manufacturing system,the automation markup language was used to build an asset management shell model based on the RAMI4.0,and the DMU65 machining center asset management shell model and its reality mapping were introduced as a case.The asset management shell model of the functional unit of the turnkey project manufacturing system based on the RAMI4.0 provides an effective standardized and integrated solution for turnkey project manufacturing system module,which is helpful for the rapid implementation of turnkey project.
