飞机除冰车先导电磁阀的研制

摘　　要：根据飞机除冰车喷射系统的特殊工况要求与用户要求,研制了飞机除冰车先导电磁阀。在研制中,选用特殊材料,使密封副耐有机溶剂的腐蚀,进而保证密封副的使用寿命。在研制中,还设计了直流电磁铁,并对相关参数进行了校核。通过选用特殊材料和结构设计,使所研制的先导电磁阀具有高可靠性和长使用寿命。According to the special requirements from the working condition and user of the jet system of the aircraft deicing vehicle,the pilot solenoid valve of the aircraft deicing vehicle was developed.In the development,special materials were selected to make the sealing pair resistant to corrosion by organic solvent,thereby ensuring the service life of the sealing pair.During the development,the DC electromagnet was also designed and the relevant parameters were checked.Through the selection of special materials and structural design,the developed pilot solenoid valve has high reliability and long service life.
