健神利水方对急性脑出血患者C反应蛋白、降钙素原的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:明确健神利水方对急性脑出血患者C反应蛋白、降钙素原的影响。方法:将急性自发性脑出血患者120例随机分为两组:对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规的西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加予健神利水方治疗,治疗观察期为4 w,观察两组治疗前和治疗3 d、7 d、14 d、4 w后的神经功能和C反应蛋白、降钙素原的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分比治疗前有所下降,且神经功能缺损评分、C反应蛋白、降钙素原随着治疗时间(3 d~4 w)的延长而逐步下降;治疗3 d后,两组的神经功能评分、C反应蛋白、降钙素原相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d、14 d、4 w后,观察组的神经功能评分、C反应蛋白、降钙素原均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健神利水方可以改善急性脑出血患者神经功能缺损,减少C反应蛋白、降钙素原的表达。Objective:To investigate the effect of Jianshen Lishui decoction on C‐reactive protein and procalcitonin in pa‐tients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage were random‐ly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine western medi‐cine.The observation group was treated with Jianshen Lishui decoction on the basis of the control group.The observation period was 4 w,the changes of nerve function,C‐reactive protein and procalcitonin were observed before treatment and 3 d,7 d,14 d and 4 w after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of neurologic impairment were decreased in the two groups compared with those before treatment,and the scores of neurologic impairment,C‐reactive protein and procalcitonin decreased gradually with the time of treatment(3 d‐4 w),there was no difference in the score of nerve function,C‐reactive protein and procalcitonin between the two groups(P>0.05)after 3 d of treatment,the score of nerve function,C‐reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 7 d,14 d and 4 w after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianshen Li‐shui decoction can improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,and reduce the expression of C‐re‐active protein and procalcitonin.
