大黄复方保留灌肠辅助治疗慢性肾脏病疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究大黄复方保留灌肠辅助治疗慢性肾脏病的治疗效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:纳入CKD患者170例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各85例。对照组患者进行常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行大黄复方保留灌肠。比较两组的治疗效果,治疗前后的GSRS评分以及生活质量评分。结果:两组的治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组CKD分期进展率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组反酸、腹胀、大便干结、恶心呕吐和嗳气评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),症状影响、躯体功能、情感生活、社会功能、社会角色、精力、肾病影响、疼痛、社会情感评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大黄复方保留灌肠应用于CKD的辅助治疗中,疗效确切,有助于减缓疾病进展,减轻患者消化道症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To study rhubarb compound retention enema adjuvant treatment of chronic kidney disease and its impact on patients’quality of life.Methods:170 patients with CKD were included and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,85 cases each.The patients in the control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group received rhubarb compound enema on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,GSRS score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in treatment efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).The CKD stage progression rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the acid reflux,bloating,dry stool,nausea,vomiting and belching scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group’s symptom effect,physical function,emotional life,social function,social role,energy,kidney disease effect,pain,and social affective score were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rhubarb compound retention enema has a definite effect on the treatment of CKD,which helps to slow down the disease progression,alleviate the patients’gastrointestinal symptoms and improve the patients’quality of life.
