摘 要:为了提高中厚板轧制规程分配的合理性和计算效率,提出利用智能优化技术进行中厚板轧制规程智能优化。该智能技术为混合遗传算法(GA)的改进粒子群算法(PSO)与案例推理算法(CBR)结合运用的一种多目标智能优化技术。采用CBR检索最相似案例,如果案例可以重用,将其作为最终规程进行现场轧制;如果不能重用,将其作为智能优化初始值,通过GAPSO算法围绕目标函数进行全局优化。分析了CBRGAPSO算法的时效性和有效性,证明该算法计算时间更短且优化后的规程分配更合理,更适合中厚板轧制规程优化计算。In order to improve the rationality and calculation efficiency of plate rolling schedule distribution,it is proposed to use intelligent optimization technology to intelligently optimize the plate rolling schedule.The intelligent technology is a multi-objective intelligent optimization technology of case-based reasoning(CBR),improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)combined with genetic algorithm(GA).CBR is used to retrieve the most similar cases.If the case can be reused,it will be used as the final rolling schedule for on-site rolling.If the case cannot be reused,use it as the initial value of intelligent optimization,and perform global optimization around the objective function through the GAPSO algorithm.The timeliness and effectiveness of the CBRGAPSO algorithm are analyzed,and the calculation time of the algorithm is shorter and the optimized schedule allocation is more reasonable.The intelligent optimization algorithm is more suitable for the optimization calculation of the plate rolling schedule.
