摘 要:通过大量的试验检验数据,研究了回火热处理工艺对550 MPa级低碳贝氏体高强钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经650℃高温回火热处理后,试验钢主要组织为粒状贝氏体和准多边形铁素体的混合组织,准多边形铁素体组织占比有所增加;回火热处理后钢板屈服强度、延伸率得到明显提高,但抗拉强度受到的影响相对较小,屈强比呈上升趋势。同时针对屈服强度、延伸率、屈强比及组织的变化原因进行了简要分析。Based on a large number of experimental data,the effects of tempering heat treatment process on Microstructure and mechanical properties of 550 MPa grade high strength low carbon bainitic steel are studied.The results show that after tempering at 650℃,the mixed microstructure of the test steel mainly consists of granular bainite and quasi-polygonal ferrite,and the proportion of quasi-polygonal ferrite structure increases.After tempering heat treatment,the yield strength and elongation ratio of steel plate are significantly improved,but the tensile strength is slightly affected with yield to tensile strength ratio showing a rising tendency.At the same time,the causes of the changes on yield strength,elongation ratio,yield to tensile strength ratio and microstructure are briefly analyzed.
