摘 要:本研究对“十五”至“十三五”期间山东省审定转基因抗虫棉品种主要纤维品质性状进行比较分析,并与同期国审、冀审抗虫棉品种相比对,深入分析山东省审定抗虫棉品种纤维品质变化趋势及存在的主要问题。结果表明:“十五”至“十三五”的20年间,山东省共审定转基因抗虫棉品种116个;鲁审早熟棉、中早熟棉和杂交棉三大类型抗虫棉品种的纤维品质以杂交抗虫棉最好,整体上略优于同期黄河流域国审抗虫棉品种;鲁审抗虫棉Ⅰ型(高产优质型)、Ⅱ型(普通优质型)、Ⅲ型(普通高产型)品种占比分别为0.86%、32.76%、64.66%,“十三五”Ⅲ型品种占比大幅上升,达77.08%,马克隆值升高是其主要因素,但增幅低于国审、冀审品种;鲁审抗虫棉纤维断裂比强度提高,改良效果明显,上半部平均长度有所降低,马克隆值升高,与同期国审、冀审抗虫棉品种纤维品质变化趋势基本一致。The main fiber quality characters of transgenic insect-resistant cotton varieties approved in Shandong Province from the 10 th to 13 th National Five-Year Plan period were compared and analyzed,and compared with the national varieties approved in the Yellow River Valley as well as the varieties approved in Hebei Province in the same period to analyze the change trend and main problems of fiber quality.The results showed that during the past 20 years,116 transgenic insect-resistant cotton varieties were approved in Shandong Province.The fiber quality of hybrid cotton was the best among short-season cotton,conventional cotton and hybrid cotton approved in Shandong Province,which was slightly better than that of the national varieties in the Yellow River Valley in the same period.The proportions of typeⅠwith high yield and good quality,typeⅡwith good quality and typeⅢwith high yield insect-resistant cotton varieties approved in Shandong Province were 0.86%,32.76%and 64.66%,respectively,and the proportion of typeⅢin the 13 th National Five-Year Plan period increased significantly by 77.08%,and the increase of micronaire value was the main factor,but the increase was lower than that of the national approved varieties as well as those approved in Hebei Province.The fiber breaking strength of insect-resistant cotton improved obviously in Shandong Province,but the average length of upper half part decreased,and the micronaire value increased,which were basically consistent with the change trend of fiber quality of the national insect-resistant varieties in the Yellow River Valley as well as the varieties approved in Hebei Province in the same period.
