摘　　要：高炉进风装置位于炼铁高炉热风管道末端,是连接热风围管与高炉之间的通道,包括热风围管以下到高炉风口小套之间的设备,其中有喇叭管、金属波纹管补偿器(膨胀节)、弯管、直吹管、窥视孔装置及相关联接件等。现执行YB/T 4191-2009《高炉进风装置》技术标准。该项技术标准仅对各部件制造检验提出了规范性和指导性要求,没有制造和控制要求。本论文为此提出了包括高炉送风装置中窥视孔组件结构和各部件的具体标准化的制定与探究。Blast furnace inlet device is located at the end of hot air pipe in iron-making blast furnace,which is the channel connecting bustle pipe and blast furnace.It includes the equipments from under bustle pipe and blast furnace tuyere small set,among which are oviduct,metal bellows compensator(expansion joint),elbow,belly pipe,sight hole device and related adapting piece,etc.The present technical standard is YB/T4191-2009"Blast Furnace Inlet Device",and this technical standard only puts forward the normative and instructive requirements for the manufacture and inspection of each component,but with no manufacture and control requirements.For this reason,this paper proposes the formulation and exploration of the specific standardization including the structure of the peepsight hole device in the blast furnace tuyere stock assembly and the specific standardization of each component.
