论劳动过程中的劳动者主体性及其激活

摘　　要：马克思在《资本论》中分析了劳动过程中主体性因素和客观性因素在新价值产生和剩余价值分配中的地位和作用,并借此分析和揭示了资本主义生产方式中资本逻辑的逐利本质和无产阶级摆脱剥削命运的出路,但对劳动过程中劳动者的主体性如何彰显和激活,如何才能提高劳动者的主体性价值效应等问题并未进行分析,因而留下了研究的空间。在社会主义初级阶段复杂的生产方式中,资本逻辑的作用和影响不可或缺。要实现劳动过程中劳动者主体性的充分彰显和积极发挥,保护劳动者合法权益,必须通过社会主义劳动修复和资本修复体系建构,让劳动者主体性与资本逻辑伴生伴存,促进广大劳动者体面劳动、自由劳动和全面发展。In Das Kapital,Marx analyzed the position and role of subjectivity and objectivity in the production of new value and the distribution of surplus value.He also analyzed and revealed the profit-seeking nature of capital logic in capitalist mode of production and the way out for the proletariat to get rid of the fate of exploitation.However,he did not analyze how to show and ac⁃tivate the subjectivity of laborers in the process of labor and how to improve the subjective value effect of laborers,which left us room for research.In the complex mode of production at the primary stage of socialism,the role and influence of capital logic are indispensable.How to correctly understand and evaluate the full display of laborers’subjectivity in the process of labor,how to activate laborers’subjectivity and protect laborers’legitimate rights and interests must be realized through the construction of so⁃cialist labor restoration and capital restoration system,so that laborers’subjectivity can be actively displayed and accompanied by capital logic,and the decent work,free work and all-round development of workers can be promoted.
