碱度对A型分子筛成型体的影响研究

摘　　要：以4A分子筛为原料、高岭土作为黏结剂制备分子筛成型体吸附剂,探究了碱度对成型体吸附性能、晶粒大小及强度的影响。结果表明:当氧化钠与二氧化硅物质的量比为2、水与氧化钠物质的量比为50时,可为成型体提供适宜的钠源和碱度,生成晶粒大小适中的分子筛;适宜的碱度可以在保证成型体吸附剂强度的同时,解决高岭土堵塞分子筛孔道影响吸附性能的问题,最大程度提高成型体吸附剂的吸附效率。The zeolite strip was prepared with zeolite 4A as raw material and kaolin as binder,and the effects of alkalinity on the adsorption properties,crystal size and strength of the strip were investigated.The result showed that when n(Na2O)∶n(SiO2)=2,n(H2O)∶n(Na2O)=50,sufficient sodium source and alkalinity could be provided for the zeolite strip with suitable crystal size.Suitable alkalinity could guarantee the strength of the strip,solving the problem that kaolin blocked the pore channels of zeolite.In the meanwhile,the adsorption efficiency of the molded body could reach maximum improvement.
