摘　　要：广播电视节目播出的质量和内容,不仅是衡量当地广播电视播出责任部门的运行保障能力和宣传导向的重要标准,也是当地广播电视行政部门对节目生产部门行使监督监管职责重要措施和手段。广播电视节目播出质量和内容监管系统可以为监督管理提供数据依据,满足了保障和促进广播电视健康发展的需要。基于此,从广播电视质量和内容监管智能化出发,以有线广播电视网络传输平台为依托,介绍广播电视节目播出质量和内容监管系统的规划和实施过程。The quality and content of radio and television program broadcasting is not only an important standard to measure the operation guarantee ability and publicity guidance of the local radio and television broadcasting department,but also an important measure and means for the local radio and television administrative department to exercise the supervision and supervision responsibility over the program production department.The broadcast quality and content supervision system of radio and television programs can provide data basis for supervision and management,and meet the needs of ensuring and promoting the healthy development of radio and television.Based on this,this paper introduces the planning and implementation process of broadcast quality and content supervision system from the perspective of intelligent broadcast quality and content supervision,relying on cable broadcast network transmission platform.
