摘　　要：为了提高城市各个行业的服务效率,高效智能地对城市进行管理,改善人民的生活质量,我国开始构建智慧城市并初步建立起智慧城市信息安全风险及保障体系。目前我国信息安全保障体系的构建正处于初级阶段,不可避免地会出现一些信息安全问题。因此,对智慧城市信息安全风险及保障体系的构建进行研究,分析智慧城市运行过程面临的信息安全挑战和风险,针对信息安全的全面升级提出方案,构建适合我国城市现状的安全防御体系,基于产品设备、技术支撑、管理措施以及法律法规,提出智慧城市信息安全风险及保障体系的保障重点。In order to improve the service efficiency of various industries in the city,manage the city efficiently and intelligently,and improve the quality of people’s life,China began to build a smart city,and initially established a smart city information security risk and guarantee system.At present,the construction of China’s information security system is in the primary stage,and inevitably there will be some information security problems.This paper studies the construction of smart city information security risk and guarantee system,analyzes the challenges and risks faced by information security in the operation of smart city,puts forward a plan for the comprehensive upgrading of information security,and constructs a security defense system suitable for the current situation of China’s cities technical support and management measures and laws and regulations put forward the smart city information security risk and security system security focus.
