采血质量对检验结果影响及对策的研究进展

摘　　要：血标本的检验结果是制定正确治疗方案的重要依据,准确的检验结果对疾病的诊断、治疗及预后等方面具有较高的临床价值,为此在临床上提高检验标本质量十分重要,是临床上较为关注的问题之一。本文阐述了被采血者准备条件、采集操作规范、采集标本用品、送检规范等影响标本质量的关键因素,以及加强采血前宣教,提高护士专业技能,完善操作及送检流程,更新并采用护理质量管理方法等针对上述影响因素采取的对策,并进一步对医疗护理质量提出展望。The test results of blood samples are an important basis for formulating the appropriate treatment,and accurate test results are of great clinical significance in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis judgement of diseases.Therefore,improving the quality of test samples plays an important role and is considered one of clinical concerns.This paper summarizes the key factors affecting the quality of samples from the aspects of patient preparation conditions,collection operation specifications,collection materials,submission and examination specifications,puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of blood sample collection,such as strengthening the propaganda and education before blood collection,improving the professional training of nurses,improving the operation,submission and examination procedures,updating and adopting nursing quality management methods,and further raises the prospect for medical nursing quality.
