摘 要:开发了一种FCC催化剂胶体连续制备技术,设计了连续制胶连续研磨的工业侧线试验装置,完成了处理量(干基)分别为3 t h和6 t h的催化剂胶体连续制备工业试验。结果表明:该系统运行连续稳定,进出料畅通;与间歇制胶方式相比,当连续制胶处理量(干基)为3 t h时,二者制胶时间相同;当连续制胶处理量(干基)为6 t h时,其制胶时间缩短一半,功耗降低56%~67%;与间歇制胶制备的催化剂相比,连续制胶的胶体粒度更小,催化剂平均磨损指数降低0.6百分点,水热处理(100%水蒸气)17 h后活性提高3.0百分点,稳定性更优。A continuous preparation technology of FCC catalyst slurry gel was developed,and the industrial sideline test unit of continuous preparation/grinding was designed.The industrial test of continuous preparation of catalyst slurry gel with the capacity(dry basis)of 3 t/h and 6 t/h was carried out.The results show that the unit runs continuously and stably,and the feeding and discharging are smooth.Compared with intermittent technology of FCC catalyst slurry gel preparation,when the processing capacity(dry basis)was 3 t/h,both the two methods cost the same processing time,while the processing capacity(dry basis)was 6 t/h,the processing time was shortened by half and the power consumption was reduced by 56%-67%.The particle size of slurry gel prepared by continuous method was smaller,the catalyst prepared by continuous technology exhibited the lower average attrition resistance index by 0.6 percentage point,the higher micro-activity after aging at 100%steam for 17 h by 3.0 percentage points,showing the better hydrothermal stability.
