某院门急诊西药处方点评分析

摘　　要：目的改善医院门急诊西药处方中不合理用药现象。方法选取广东省河源市和平县人民医院门急诊2020年3月至12月的西药处方2600张,依据处方点评指标进行点评。结果2600张西药处方中,用药不合理处方206张,其中不规范处方占12.14%(25/206),用药不适宜处方占77.18%(159/206),超常处方占10.68%(22/206)。结论该院门急诊西药处方主要存在用药不适宜问题,需加强对医师与药师的业务培训、合理用药管理、处方点评工作,多部门通力协作,以确保用药安全、有效,提高医疗服务质量。Objective To improve the irrational drug use in Western medicine prescriptions in the Outpatient and Emergency Department.Methods From March to December 2020,2600 outpatient and emergency prescriptions prescribed for Western medicine in the Heping County People’s Hospital were selected,and the comment analysis was conducted according to the prescription comment indexes.Results Among the 2600 Western medicine prescriptions,206 prescriptions had unreasonable medications,including 12.14%(25/206)of non-standard prescriptions,77.18%(159/206)of inappropriate medication prescriptions,10.68%(22/206)of abnormal prescriptions.Conclusion There are mainly inappropriate medication problems in Western medicine prescriptions in the Outpatient and Emergency Department of our hospital.It is necessary to strengthen the professional training of doctors and pharmacists,rational drug use management,prescription comment,and the collaboration of multiple departments to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use,and improve the quality of medical service.
