摘 要:油纸绝缘作为变压器内绝缘的主要组成部分,其绝缘状态对变压器的运行寿命起决定作用,现场变压器通过滤油环节过滤出油中的水分、小分子酸、糠醛等杂质,使其绝缘性能提高。为了研究换油周期和温度对油纸绝缘寿命的影响,首先对3组初始条件相同的油纸绝缘XY模型分别进行5天换油、15天换油、30天换油不同换油周期的130℃加速热老化试验,并间隔15天进行模型变温介电谱测试及绝缘纸板聚合度、含水率测试;其次研究发现,绝缘纸板的老化会影响油纸绝缘模型低频段的介质损耗因数,其数值与纤维素活化能有关,提出一种基于变压器结构模型的低频频温平移归算方法,由此构建低频平移因子表达式,得到了变压器油纸绝缘温度-换油周期-寿命关系式,可用于预测不同温度、不同换油周期下变压器油纸绝缘寿命。Oil-paper insulation structure is the main component of transformer internal insulation,and its insulation state plays a decisive role in the operating life of the transformer.The transformer filters out the impurities such as moisture,small molecule acid and furfural in oil to improve the insulation performance.In order to explore the effect of oil replacement cycle and temperature on the life of oil-paper insulation,three sets of oil-paper insulation structure models with the same initial conditions were subjected to 130℃accelerated oil aging test for oil replacement for 5 days,oil replacement for 15 days,and oil replacement for 30 days,and variable temperature dielectric spectrum and polymerization degree,moisture content test every 15 days;Secondly,according to the test results,it is found that the dielectric loss factor curve of the oil-paper insulated XY model is mainly affected by the aging of the insulating pressboard in the low frequency band.Relationship between dielectric loss factor curve of XY model of oil-paper insulation and activation energy of cellulose degradation was analyzed.A low-frequency frequency-temperature translation reduction method based on transformer structure model was proposed.By constructing the low-frequency translation factor expression,the transformer oil-paper insulation temperature-oil replacement cycle-life relationship was obtained,which can be used to predict the transformer oil-paper insulation life under different temperatures and different oil replacement cycle.
