摘 要:为了研究同步调相机定子绕组匝间短路故障,提出一种基于瞬时功率偶数次谐波的故障诊断方法。该方法以瞬时功率为研究对象,首先理论推导出该量在定子绕组匝间短路故障后的故障特征频率,并以一台TTS-300-2型同步调相机为例,利用有限元分析平台建立定子绕组匝间短路仿真模型。其次,利用实验室小型同步电机模拟调相机运行,比较不同故障程度,不同运行工况下,瞬时功率中特征频率的幅值变化。结果表明,当发生定子绕组匝间短路故障后,瞬时功率中将出现100、200和300 Hz分量,其中100 Hz分量幅值增加最为明显。最后,为进一步验证研究对象的诊断优势,比较同种故障程度前后瞬时功率中100 Hz分量与定子相电流中150 Hz分量的幅值变化。分析显示,瞬时功率的100 Hz分量在诊断定子绕组匝间短路故障时具有更高的灵敏度和可靠性,适合用作调相机定子绕组匝间短路的故障诊断判据。In order to study the stator winding interturn short circuit fault of synchronous condensers,a fault diagnosis method based on instantaneous power even order harmonic was proposed.This method takes the instantaneous power as the research object.Firstly,the characteristic frequency of stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault was deduced theoretically,and a TTS-300-2 type synchronous condenser was taken as an example to establish the coupling simulation model of stator winding inter-turn short circuit by using FEA platform.In addition,the small synchronous motor in the laboratory was used to simulate the operation of the synchronous condenser to compare the amplitude changes of the characteristic frequency in the instantaneous power with different fault degrees under different operating conditions.The results show that 100 Hz,200 Hz and 300 Hz components will appear in the instantaneous power after the stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault,and the amplitude of 100 Hz component increases most obviously.Finally,to further verify the diagnostic advantages of the research object,the amplitude changes of 100 Hz component in instantaneous power and 150 Hz component in stator phase current before and after the same fault degree are compared.The results show that the 100 Hz component of the instantaneous power has high sensitivity and reliability in diagnosing inter-turn short circuit of stator windings,and it is suitable to be used as the diagnostic criterion of inter-turn short circuit of stator windings in synchronous condenser.
