摘 要:为了解决水杨羟肟酸合成过程存在的收率低和盐酸羟胺消耗高的问题,研究了相转移催化剂对合成反应的影响,同时考察了新方法合成的水杨羟肟酸对锡石的浮选性能。合成试验结果表明,相转移催化剂N-十八烷基-N(1,2-二羟乙基)琥珀酰胺酸四钠盐(A-22)可以显著提高水杨羟肟酸的收率并降低合成过程中盐酸羟胺的消耗。浮选性能对比试验结果表明,两种工艺合成的水杨羟肟酸对于湖南某微细粒难选含锡浮硫尾矿的锡石回收率相近,A-22的加入对所合成的水杨羟肟酸捕收性能影响较小。In order to solve the problems of low yield and high hydroxylamine hydrochloride consumption during the synthesis of salicylic hydroxamic acid(SHA),the effect of phase transfer catalyst on the synthesis reaction was studied.The effect of SHA synthesized by the new method on cassiterite flotation was also investigated.The results show that the phase transfer catalyst,tetrasodium n-octadecyl n-1,2-(2-hydroxyethyl)succinamic acid(A-22),can significantly increase the yield of SHA and reduce the hydroxylamine hydrochloride consumption in the synthesis process.Two SHA samples prepared by different approaches were used to float tin-bearing tailings from sulfur flotation of a finely disseminated polymetallic sulfide ore from Hunan Province.The comparison tests on the flotability of two SHA samples show that similar cassiterite recovery can be obtained.It is concluded that an addition of A-22 has little effect on the collecting capacity of SHA.
