摘  要:采用CBN含量(体积分数)50%和80%的自制PCBN材料分别建立焊接式90°刀尖角外圆车刀模型,运用Deform软件以切削速度250 m/min、进给量0.1 mm/r、背吃刀量0.25 mm的切削用量模拟精车45~#淬火钢外圆面,通过对比刀具的应力场和主切削力,发现CBN含量变化对主切削力无明显影响。使用自制及市售的PCBN材料分别制成焊接式90°刀尖角外圆车刀,并完成切削45~#淬火钢外圆实验。结果表明,CBN含量80%的自制PCBN车刀耐磨性较好,韧性稍差;CBN含量50%的自制PCBN车刀综合性能较好。A model was established for a 90°external turning tool by using self-made high entropy compound binder PCBN respectively with 50%and 80%CBN content(volume fraction).The finish turning of 45^(#)quenched steel with 90°turning tool was simulated by using Deform software with cutting speed of 250 m/min,feed rate of 0.1 mm/r and back engagement of cutting edge of 0.25 mm.Based on the comparison of stress field and main cutting force,it is found that the CBN content hasn′t brought significant effect to the main cutting force.The 90°weld turning tools,which were respectively made of self-made and commercial PCBN materials with different compositions,were taken in the experiments to finish turning the 45^(#)quenched steel with outer circular surface.The results show that the self-made PCBN material with 80%CBN content has the better wear resistance,but poor toughness,while the turning tool made of self-made PCBN with 50%CBN content show a better comprehensive performance.
