老年痴呆照顾者家庭照护能力与自我效能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年痴呆照顾者家庭照护能力,分析其与自我效能之间的关系。方法选取2019-10—2020-05河南省人民医院神经内科住院治疗的老年痴呆患者照顾者185例为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、自我效能量表、家庭照护能力量表进行调查。结果老年痴呆照顾者家庭照护能力得分(31.69±3.09)分,一般自我效能得分(2.67±0.43)分,老年痴呆照顾者家庭照护能力与自我效能间呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论护理人员应重视老年痴呆患者照顾者的家庭照护能力及自我效能状况,通过健康促进、护理支持提高其家庭照护能力,提高患者与照顾者双方生活质量。Objective To investigate the family care ability of caregivers of Alzheimer􀆳s disease and analyze the relationship be tween it and self-efficacy.Methods From October 2019 to may 2020,185 caregivers of senile dementia patients in the Department of Neurology of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.The general data questionnaire,general self-efficacy scale and family care ability scale were used.Results The scores of family care ability and general self-efficacy were 31.69±3.09 and 2.67±0.43,respectively.There was a positive correlation between family care ability and self-efficacy(P<0.01).Con clusion Nurses should pay attention to the family care ability and self-efficacy of the caregivers of Alzheimer's patients.Through health promotion and nursing support,improve their family care ability level,and improve the quality of life of both patients and caregivers.
