摘  要:大容量分布式光伏集中接入配电系统,可引起并网点局部过电压问题。为解决过电压问题,从规划及运行控制两方面入手,首先给出一种基于蒙特卡洛的多场景光伏消纳能力评估方法,以电压合格率及有功网损率作为评价指标。考虑到各场景均需潮流计算,引入基于电压敏感度因子的估算方法,降级计算开销。在运行方面,在分析现有逆变器参与调压的控制策略的基础上,给出一种有功-无功协同控制方法。最后利用Python程序语言实现相关算法,在IEEE 33模型加以测试,测试结果证明了方法的有效性。Integration of large-capacity distributed photovoltaic(DP)system into the power distribution system can cause local overvoltage at the integration point.For the sake of overvoltage prevention,this paper,concerning planning and operation control,presents a multi-scenario photovoltaic consumption capacity evaluation method based on Monte Carlo with evaluation indexes of voltage eligibility rate and active power loss rate.Given the necessary power flow calculation in all scenarios,an estimation method based on voltage sensitivity factor was introduced to reduce overhead.In terms of operation,a coordinated active and reactive power control method is presented based on the analysis of the existing control schemes of the inverter participating in the voltage regulation.Finally,the proposed algorithms were implemented by using Python and tested on the IEEE 33 model.The test results proved the effectiveness of the methods.
