摘  要:针对硫冷凝器内漏问题,探讨了硫冷凝器管板改进思路。设计了刚性管板与柔性管板样机,建立了样机的数值模型并进行有限元分析,并对样机进行了压力载荷下的应力测试。2种管板样机应力测试结果与有限元数值模拟结果对比分析表明,当换热管支撑强度系数较大时,减小管板厚度对其承受机械载荷能力基本无影响,同时管板弯曲刚度下降明显,可改善因管板刚度引起的对管头的拘束度。柔性管板结构可补偿换热管与筒体变形差,改善管板与筒体连接结构对管头的拘束度。Aiming at the internal leakage of sulfur condenser,the improvement of tubesheet of sulfur condenser was discussed.The prototype of rigid tubesheet and flexible tubesheet was designed.The numerical model of the prototype was established and the finite element analysis was carried out.The stress of the prototype was tested under pressure load.The stress test results of rigid tubesheet prototype and flexible tubesheet prototype,as well as the stress test results and finite element analysis results,show that when the support strength of heat exchange tube is large,the reduction of tubesheet thickness has no effect on the mechanical load bearing capacity and the bending stiffness of tubesheet decreases obviously,which can improve the constraint of tubesheet stiffness on the tube head.Flexible tubesheet can compensate the deformation difference between the heat exchange tube and the cylinder,improve the restraint of the connection structure between the tube sheet and the cylinder on the tube head.
