摘　　要：摆线转子齿轮油泵在压缩机中应用广泛,目前摆线转子齿轮油泵安装到压缩机上时,大多直接采用螺栓安装,操作繁琐,使用不便,且摆线转子齿轮油泵在工作过程中会产生噪声和振动。简要介绍了一种新型压缩机高精度摆线转子齿轮油泵装配结构及安装方法,通过采用底座、安装板、防噪箱、油泵本体、减振器和箱盖等零配件,将高精度摆线转子齿轮油泵安装到压缩机上,使用效果良好。Cycloid rotor gear oil pumps are widely used in compressors.At present,when the cycloid rotor gear oil pumps are installed on the compressor,most of them are directly installed with bolts.The operation is cumbersome and inconvenient to use.In addition,the cycloid rotor gear oil pump will produce noise and vibration.The assembly structure and installation method of a new type of high precision cycloidal rotor gear oil pump for compressors are briefly introduced.By using the parts of base,mounting plate,anti-noise box,oil pump body,shock absorber and box cover,the high precision cycloid rotor gear oil pump is installed on the compressor,the use effect is good.
