摘 要:为进一步挖掘γ-PGA水凝胶在农业生产中的应用潜力,以‘JY’草莓为供试材料,以蛭石∶草炭∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1配比基质为培养介质,设置5个不同的γ-PGA水凝胶施用处理,分别为0,9,18,27,36 mL·盆^(-1)·次^(-1),研究日光温室中不同γ-PGA水凝胶处理对草莓果实生长、产量以及品质的影响。结果表明,随着γ-PGA水凝胶浓度的增加,草莓生长、产量和品质指标基本上呈先增加后降低的趋势,其中株高、假茎粗、叶长、叶面积、花序数、花序长、平均单果质量、平均单株产量及可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、维生素C含量等指标均于18 mL·盆^(-1)·次^(-1)处理达到最大值,分别较对照增加了13.76%,19.98%,13.85%,22.95%,24.97%,30.56%,17.95%,19.29%,0.12百分点,0.2百分点,15.87%。综上,合理施用γ-PGA水凝胶有助于促进草莓产量和品质的提升。To further tap the application potential ofγ-Polyglutamic Acid Hydrogel in agricultural production,'JY'strawberry was used as the test material,taking vermiculite∶charcoal∶perlite=1∶1∶1 ratio matrix as the training medium,five different concentrations of γ-Polyglutamic Acid Hydrogel were set,which included 0,9,18,27,36 mL per pot per times.The effects of the above five different treatments in the solar greenhouse on the growth,yield and quality of strawberry fruit were studied.The results showed that with the increase of γ-Polyglutamic Acid Hydrogel concentration,strawberry growth,yield and quality index were basically represented a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the plant height,pseudostem diameter,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,number of inflorescence,inflorescence length,average fruit quality,average yield per plant,and the content of soluble solid,soluble sugar,vitamin C reached the maximum at the treatment of 18 mL per pot per times.Compared with the control(0 mL per pot per times),the above indices at the treatment of 18 mL per pot per times were increased by 13.76%,19.98%,13.85%,22.95%,24.97%,30.56%,17.95%,19.29%,0.12 percentage points,0.2 percentage points,15.87%,respectively.Comprehensively,resonable application ofγ-Polyglutamic Acid Hydrogel could promote the improvement of strawberry yield and quality.
