摘　　要：随着城市化水平的推进,越来越多的城市步入了轨道交通时代。城市轨道交通项目是一项庞大的工程,不仅建设的规模大、对技术有着较高要求,同时它的建设时间长,而且与设计、建设、施工等工程单位外的政府、社区等利益相关者息息相关,项目风险因素众多,且潜在损失巨大。本文以成都地铁1号线项目为例分析轨道交通项目在建设过程的风险因素和应对技术,研究轨道交通项目的风险管理策略。With rapid economic development and urbanization,more and more of the urban rail transit time.Urban rail transit project is a complicated project,not only the construction scale,high technical requirements,the construction time is long,also involves the design,construction,construction and other engineering units of government,community and other stakeholders,project risk factors,and potential huge losses.To chengdu metro line 1 project as an example,the study of rail transit project risk identification,analysis,and monitoring risk management strategy.
