蓝叶忍冬温室扦插扩繁试验研究

摘　　要：研究对不同生根剂、不同浓度和不同扦插基质配比对蓝叶忍冬扦插繁育生根数量、根长和成活率的影响,结果表明:爱多森生根粉300倍液处理蓝叶忍冬硬枝扦插平均根长为5.3 cm,主根生根数量6.8条,成活率为95.44%,均高于爱多森生根粉500倍液。国光根盼生根液蓝叶忍冬嫩枝扦插生根株数为205株,成活率为94.91%,高于爱多森生根粉。嫩枝扦插以草炭土与河沙比例为1∶1基质中扦插成活率最高,为94.41%,6—8月份嫩枝扦插,成活率均达90%以上。通过试验总结出温室蓝叶忍冬扦插育苗和栽培管理的技术要点,为蓝叶忍冬的快速繁育和苗圃规范化育苗提供技术指导。This paper studied effects of different rooting agents,different concentrations and different ratios ofcutting substrate on rooting number,root length and surviving rateof Lonicera korolkowii Stapf.The results showed that 300 times liquid of Aiduosen rooting powder made average root length of 5.3 cm,root number of primary root of 6.8 branches,and surviving rate of hardwood cutting of 95.44%,which was higher than that of 500 times liquid of Aiduosen rooting powder.Guoguanggenpan rooting liquid made rooting plants of 205,and surviving rate of softwood cutting reach 94.91%,which was higher than that of Aiduosen rooting powder.In the substrate of turfy soil and river sand1∶1,the survival rate of softwood cutting reached 94.41%,which was the highest;Survival rate of softwood cutting from June to August all reached above 90%.Through the experiment,the technical points of raising seedlings by cutting and cultivation and management have been summarized,which can offer technical guidance for fast propagation and standardized seedling raising of Lonicera korolkowii Stapf.
