摘  要:绪论课对学员的学习态度、学习策略和学习效果影响重大,设计一堂生动而富有启发性的绪论课,对于激发学员求知欲,适应其专业任职课程学习至关重要。针对军校学员特点,基于马扎诺新教育目标分类模型中的认知行为模式,设计了"电子对抗原理"绪论课中3个教学激励序列信号,构建与其对应的绪论课教学内容,解决教学组织过程中为何学、学什么和怎么学的问题,遵循学员的实际认知行为模式,在具体教学实践中取得了良好的效果。The introduction class of a course has great influence on students’learning attitude,learning strategy and learning effect,and it is very important to design a vivid and enlightening introduction class to stimulate stu-dents’desire for knowledge and to help them to adapt to their professional courses.According to the characteristics of military cadets,and based on the cognitive behavior pattern of Mazano’s new educational objective taxonomy model,this paper designs three teaching incentive sequence signals in the teaching process of the introduction class of the EW Principle course and constructs their corresponding teaching contents,which solves the problems of why to learn,what to learn and how to learn in the process of teaching organization.This study follows students’actual cognitive behavior pattern and achieves good results in the specific teaching practice.
