摘  要:为研究氨基酸和腐植酸肥对生菜生长及营养品质的影响,以美国大速生生菜为材料,进行无土栽培施肥试验,比较分析施肥后生菜的生长和营养指标。结果表明:与对照相比,在生长方面,腐植酸肥处理和氨基酸肥处理及二者混施处理均能显著提高生菜的株高、展幅、鲜质量及干质量;在营养品质方面,腐植酸处理和氨基酸处理及二者混施处理均能显著提高生菜的蛋白质、氨基酸、可溶性糖及还原型抗坏血酸的含量,并显著降低硝态氮的含量。不同施肥方式之间相比,在生长方面,氨基酸肥处理的效果优于腐植酸肥处理和二者混施处理;在营养品质方面,施肥处理组对生菜的促进作用各有优势。In order to study the fertilizer's effects of amino acid fertilizcr and humic acid fertilizer on the growth and nutritional quality of lettuce,fertilization experiments of soilless cultivation were carried out by taking'American lettuce'as material,and the growth and nutritional indexes of lettuce after fertilization were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the height,width,leaf's number,fresh weight and dry weight of lettuce were significantly improved by applying humic acid fertilizer,amino acid fertilizer and their combination in terms of growth compared with the control.In terms of nutritional quality,the contents of protein,amino acid,soluble sugar and reduced ascorbic acid in lettuce significantly increased by humic acid treatment,amino acid treatment and their combination treatment,and the contents of nitrate nitrogen decreased significantly.Compared with different fertilization methods,the effect of amino acid fertilizer treatment was better than that of humic acid fertilizer treatment and the combination of them in terms of growth.In terms of nutritional quality,the fertilization treatment group had its own advantages in promoting lettuce.
