摘 要:为研究新旧水泥板拼接后的变形特性,在对旧水泥板强度、承载能力评估的基础上,通过对局部薄弱处采取注浆、设置钢筋等处置措施后,对新旧板的变形特性进行了测试。结果表明:通过注浆和配置钢筋等手段,可以减小或消除盲沟在新旧板拼接缝一侧对承载能力、变形的影响;与旧板直接拼接的水泥板左右侧变形不一致,与新板拼接的右侧弯沉是与旧板拼接的左侧弯沉的70%左右,左、右侧板角材料厚度不一致造成左右侧弯沉存在显著性差异;材料的差异、盲沟薄弱点对承载能力、变形特性的影响呈现区域性,为确保新旧板接缝处的结构安全,在局部薄弱处采取有效的处置方法可以减小或消除其不利影响。研究结论可为新旧板的拼接技术提供参考和建议。In order to study the deformation characteristics of new and old cement plates after splicing,based on the strength and bearing capacity assessment of old cement plates,the deformation characteristics of new and old cement plates were tested by grouting and reinforcing bars in local weak spots.The results show that the influence of the blind groove on the bearing capacity and deformation of the new and old plates can be reduced or eliminated by means of grouting and reinforcement.The deformation of the left and right sides of the cement board is inconsistent with that of the old board.The right side deflection of the new board is about 70%of that of the left side deflection of the old board.The influence of material difference and blind groove weak spot on bearing capacity and deformation characteristics is regional.In order to ensure the structural safety of new and old plate joints,effective treatment at lo-cal weak spot can reduce or eliminate its adverse effect.The conclusion can provide reference and suggestion for the new and old plate splicing technology.
