摘 要:针对圆柱形货物压缝式(交错式)摆放存在的优化程度不高问题,提出3类方法进行改进与完善,并随机选取50个样本进行了验证。圆柱形货物摆放方式改进前有70%的样本是摆放数量最多的,有30%的样本可以提高优化程度。第一类改进方法是在垛高剩余尺寸中增加摆放数量,约26.7%的样本能增加摆放数量;第二类改进方法是横切法,约13.4%的样本能增加摆放数量;第三类改进方法是竖切法,约100%的样本能增加摆放数量。改进方法相对简单,虽计算工作量略大一些,但运用Excel软件编写计算公式后可自动、快速计算出优化结果,优化程度明显提高,便于实际运用。In order to solve the problem of cylindrical goods placement,three kinds of methods are proposed to improve and perfect,and 50 samples are randomly selected for verification.Before the improvement,70%of them are placed with the largest number,and 30%of them can improve the degree optimization.of The first kind of improvement method is to increase the number of places in the remaining size of stack height,which can increase the number of places by 26.7%;the second kind of improvement method is the cross cutting method,which can increase the number of places by 13.4%;the third kind of improvement method is the vertical cutting method,which can increase the number of places by 100%.The improved method is relatively simple,although the calculation workload is slightly larger,but using Excel to edit the calculation formula can automatically and quickly calculate the optimization results,the optimization degree is significantly improved,and it is convenient for practical application.
