某引信安全系统未完全解脱保险的故障分析

摘　　要：对某迫榴炮无线电近炸引信安全系统(简称安全系统)在离心过程中出现未完全解脱保险的故障,进行了理论计算和离心试验分析。通过分析离心试验中闭锁销在回转体部件闭锁销孔内离心时的状态,找出导致安全系统未完全解脱保险的主要原因,并确定了解决方案,为安全系统的设计和生产提供了可靠数据。In this paper,the forced howitzer radio proximity fuze safety system(hereinafter referred to as the safety system)in the process of centrifugal not completely free insurance problems are analyzed in the theoretical calculation and centrifugal experiment.Through the analysis of the locking pin in centrifugal experiment in axisymmetrical locking pin hole centrifugal,the paper describes the state analysis and determines the cause is not the main cause of liberation of insurance,and find a solution based on that.The reliability of the safety system is analyzed effectively,which provides certain reliable data for the design and production of the safety system.
