摘　　要：加强防震减灾宣传与地震应急能力建设有利于提高居民防震减灾意识、减少地震造成的伤亡与财产损失。本文分析攀枝花地区防震减灾宣传与地震应急能力建设的特点与需求,提出合理建议,对做好攀枝花市防震减灾工作有着积极意义。strengthening the propaganda of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and the construction of earthquake emergency response capacity is conducive to improving the residents’awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and reducing the casualties and property losses caused by the earthquake.This paper analyzes the characteristics and needs of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction propaganda and earthquake emergency capacity building in Panzhihua area,and puts forward reasonable suggestions,which has positive significance for the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work in Panzhihua City.
