摘　　要：自然界中野生菌株产率低下、性状欠缺,不足以支撑现代工农业的生产研究。菌种选育工作即是利用遗传学原理和技术对某种具有特定功能的菌株进行改造,以得到具有高品质、高产量的功能菌株。对功能菌株选育技术进行简单的归纳整理,分析了现有的各种菌株选育方式的优缺点及使用现状,并对未来菌株选育工作进行了展望。Because of its low yield and lack of characters,wild strains in nature are not enough to support modern industrial and agricultural production research.Seed breeding is not only to use genetic principles and techniques to modify a specific strain to obtain high quality and high yield functional strains.In this paper,the breeding techniques of functional strains are summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of various existing breeding methods are analyzed,and the future breeding of strains is prospected.
