基于小陇山西秦岭林区南蛇藤种子繁育技术的研究

摘　　要：南蛇藤土名干枝梅,是小陇山西秦岭林区重要的观赏及药用藤本植物,通过对林区南蛇藤生长和分布立地条件的调查,掌握了解南蛇藤在该区域的生态学特性和分布状况,采集优质种子,经过催芽处理、播种育苗、田间管理开展繁育技术试验研究。系统研究关键性的育苗技术措施,调查苗木生长量,分析苗木生长规律,确定苗木生长指标,总结南蛇藤在小陇山西秦岭林区的育苗技术,并通过对南蛇藤的人工繁育,提高市场供给,为园林绿化增添新的选择。Celastrus orbiculatus is an important ornamental and medicinal vine in Qinling forest region of Xiaolongshan,Shanxi Province.Through the investigation of its growth and site conditions in the planting area,we can understand its ecological characteristics and distribution in this area.Collect high-quality seeds,and carry out experimental research on breeding technology after germination treatment,sowing and seedling raising,and field management.Study seedling technology measures,investigate seedling growth,analyze growth law,determine growth index.Through the artificial breeding of Celastrus orbiculatus,we can improve the market supply and add new choices for landscaping.
